A free course to learn step-by-step methods for designing your charity’s online services.
Are you taking your first steps into digital service design? Then a Design Hop can help!
A Design Hop teaches charity participants a step-by-step method for user centred digital design, leading to unexpected insights, powerfully simple digital solutions and a hunger to keep tackling complex problems.
It’s a free course that supports nonprofits on a digital journey to solve a real challenge for your organisation.
Staff and core volunteers from UK nonprofits of all sizes who are curious to learn about the potential of digital.
Ideally we’re looking for decision-makers who will be able to put the methods learnt directly into practice and are in a position to further develop ideas, for example by allocating internal resource or making grant-funding applications. You should have a good understanding of your charity’s existing services and the challenges in providing them.
Unfortunately this course is not suitable for organisations whose primary beneficiaries are based outside the UK.
It’s totally free!
How the Hops are delivered often varies based on what we’re learning works best. But what you’ll learn from them is always the same. Here’s what we cover:

The Hops take place over three Zoom sessions, with short learning activities in between each session. Please only sign up if you can make it to all of the sessions.
