Julie brings 20 years’ experience in public and private sector across Europe, the Americas and Africa. She started her career in international development, delivering programmes for the United Nations, World Bank and bilaterial organisations and then moved into management consulting with PwC and Newton. A specialist in strategy and complex system reform, she’s led multi-year global transformations for multi-lateral organisations, designed new government agencies responsible for trade and investment, and led major digitally enabled transformation programmes for the UK Government. Julie brings a deep understanding of the third sector through her current role as the Chief Impact Officer at the Shaw Trust, the largest charity in the UK working on employment and skills.
