Having worked internationally and in the UK in regulation, healthcare, local and central government, as Chief Transformation Officer for the Curo Group, Nic leads a diverse team delivering services across technology, programme management, HR, organisational development and comms. She is Chair of The Data Lab, Scotland's innovation centre for data and AI, and a trustee of the Bat Conservation Trust. Nic was awarded an OBE in the King's Birthday Honours list in June 2025.
